Karina is a physiotherapist with over 20 years of experience supporting the Centre Wellington community. She received her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of Western Ontario in 2005. She went on to pursue advanced training in manual and manipulative physiotherapy and is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT). She is a certified Gunn IMS (acupuncture) practitioner, has experience in vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, and sport injuries.

Karina is passionate about helping active individuals and athletes move better, stay strong, and continue doing the things they love. She takes a personalized, relationship-focused approach to care… working closely with each client to understand their goals and support them on their journey toward optimal movement. Karina believes that “motion is lotion” and “movement is medicine” and encourages her clients to keep moving!

Outside the clinic, Karina enjoys working out in her home gym, cycling, swimming, running, golfing and walking with her husband, as well as staying active with her two teenage kids.
